He used to date her out,
Even just to sit at any roadside store,
they could chat from sunset to dawn..
Endless of topics to share.

When their world has only TV...
He would hug her tight on the bed and watch movie together...
Until both fell asleep together,
and let the TV watched them..

Before there was any smart phone...

He will text her every 5 minutes.
And she will read his messages again and again, feeling sweet and warm in the heart, for getting all his attention and love.

Before there were Facebook or blog...
He will always think of how to spend time with her..
Maybe go for a walk at night, counting stars and listen to the crickets playing their orchestra...
By just holding hands, it was sweet enough to made them smile in their dream.

When time goes by,
Things changed...

No longer everyday heart to heart touch...

He has his own world,
She has her smart phone to play with..

He doesn't realize that,
he has loss his passion in spending time with her,
even though she is still waiting for him everyday and night.

Is he bored of being romantic?
Is there really such thing as shouldn't see each other everyday?

If yes, she would rather stay alone, than to suffer loneliness like this.
He is closed, but yet so far from her.

How nice if he could play with her...
Dance with her...
Look into her eyes...
Touch her...
Hold her and kiss her...
Feeling excited to see her...

Deep inside her, she knew that he is not that kind of romantic man...

Maybe she should just give up...

When I first heard people called me "Auntie!", I was shocked....

My heart was young.

My mind was still in playing state.

But my look......

I hope people stop comparing "now and then"....

Kind of sad, but there is something for us to learn.

No matter how much make up you put,

how much lipo suction you done,

how you try to walk with your back straight,

you cannot erase the trace of time on your physical body.

Recently, I met up with my former student...

I have not seen this student for the past 3 years.

When we sat down, this student asked me: "Teacher, how come you look so old already?"

...

(This was my look when I was 6 years old)

Then,

I have another friend, who recently saw my picture..

And this friend was so shocked,

asked: "why do you look like gained weight?"

=.=

When all these people asked me these type of aging questions, have they ever thought of how they actually expect me to answer?

"Yes, I am old." .....?

"Yes, I am fat." ...... ?

Will this answer make them happy?

What do they actually want?

To hurt my feelings?

Or really out of concern?

(This was me with a younger look.)

The worst is E! News, always compare celebrities during their young days and old days looks.

What do they actually get? By laughing at the physical process....

People will surely get old and out of shape.

Why do people have to comment?

Why they never say: "Eh, you look so different as compare to when you were 5 years old! That time more cute!!!"

Please, this is natural process...

Some people are so lucky that they have a baby face, and forever slim body that no matter how much they ate, there will be no trace of fat.

If you belong to this category, congratulations!

But, please try to understand others.

I am living in this physical body, this illusion world.

I will age too.

Please, whoever out there,

If you ever see me many years later,

please don't be shocked that I turned so "old",

After so long only I learned,
that,
Sometimes, I must pause in life.

Pause, to think of the next few steps in life.

Pause, to give people some breathing space.

Pause, to understand the problem better.

Pause, to cool the mind... And it did help me to see the whole picture clearer.

Pause, your thought will change within that second.

Pause is not losing, but improving.

I am always busy with activities.... Filling my time pack with all sorts of works and things to do...

I so scared to pause, as I was afraid to lose things that are already in my hands.

Only to realized that it made situation worse.

Many times people tell me Physics is very difficult to understand...

What "resultant force" .... "Relativity" ...... "Circular motion"... ?!!

After teaching Physics for so many years, I realize, Physics is very fun and closely related to our daily life....

Of course this post is not so much about Physics, but from all these years of teaching experience, I found out that no matter how difficult is a subject, the more you read it, the more you can understand it.

Our brain is truly amazing....
When you do something repeatedly, you will become expect about it.

The point is,
You have to do it regularly....

Just like you charge your phone, you need to charge your phone every night, to enable your phone to work continuously.

So, you need to plug yourself into the source, to continue building the knowledge and wisdom.

If you want to train yourself to have six pack abs, you just need to do sit-up everyday, continue without stopping....

If you want to be able to cycle fast, you just need to cycle everyday...

If you want to understand a subject, just read it everyday. One day, out of a sudden, you will just be able to understand the topic.

Human brain is so funny that it will be able to build itself day by day, so long as you do it non-stop...
And it will start downloading all the energy and wisdom from the Universe.

My Cycling Journey

When I first started cycling, my maximum speed was only 20 km/h.... Couldn't even cycle up slope...

I felt so bad for making my cycling buddies waited for me, so, I did some secret trainings, by riding to and fro Putrajaya from Sri Petaling via MEX almost every night after work...

Haha.... yeah, it's 35 km ride each time, with 5 steep slopes to cycle through....
Just to train up my quadricep....

Later, I realized I had no endurance, so I started doing long distance ride, including riding to and fro Morib, from Sunway, via Kesas highway.... It's almost 135 km for round trip:

Besides that, I also went to train at Ulu Langat, up to Peres:

More hills to climb here....

Other than that, I often train at Guthrie Corridor Expressway, to and fro Rawang from Bukit Jelutong.... round trip about 45 km.

Or Kajang-Broga.... hills and hills and hills...

The longest journey I'd ever done was to and fro Malacca, from Bandar Sunway:

It was so hot that I have to cover my face with cloth... like a terrorist only....
hahaha, and appeared on Star Metro:

The most fun ride I ever had so far was to cycle to Pulau Ketam with some of the fun going cyclists.

Last two Sunday, I cycled to Port Dickson! hahah, no distance, no fun....

And finally, my cycling speed has improved so much... I can cycle at 32 km/h up slope... Flat road can reach 40 km/h.... of course my stamina and endurance is yet to improve...

Next I wish to do is mountain bike.... hahah, before I am too old to do it...

Life has got too much rules!!

Why is it that I have to be punctual? If I am late, then you can just carry on the activity without me!

Why is it that I must see who I talk to? Why can't I just talk to senior people like how I talk to the junior?

Why must I behave myself when I am eating with people who have post? Why can't I just be myself and talk whatever I like and be happy whenever I want?

Why can't I joke with someone anything under the sun, that the person doesn't mind about what I joke on the person?

Why is it that when a child failed his exam, the teacher is to be blamed?

Why is it that when a surgery is failed, the doctor is to be blamed?

Why is it that you have to look at lesbian or gay different?

Why is it that I cannot fall sick and take leave from work?

Why is it that we must have exam? And after 1 or 2 years, we still forget what we had learned!

Why is it that we must score well in our study to get a good pay and work for those who doesn't really study so well like us?

Why is it that I cannot do anything I like to my house and must let the neighbour comment?

Why is it that I must see my age to wear the clothes that suit my age?

Why is it that I must not walk in the dark and be scared of robbery?

Why is it that I have to keep quiet when the person at the back kick my chair in the cinema?

I am frustrated with all the visible rules in life!!!!!

Learning cycling

When I first started taking up cycling, I bought the cheapest new racer that I can find...
I thought, better buy the cheapest bike, in case I don't like the sport, I can just hang it in my storeroom without feeling so heartache...

Never expect myself to get suck into the sport like a drug addict.

I still remember the first time I joined the present cycling group for my first training, quite a number of the cyclists came and lifted my bike up to check what's the weight of my bike...

They didn't say anything after doing so... I was so blurred and know nothing about bicycle. I thought, cycling means buy a bike and ride, that's all. Why did they want to check the weight...

Only later, my cycling gurus, especially Tony and Vincent, started sharing their cycling knowledge with me, then only I woke up from my innocent dream...

Cycling is not that easy!

First of all, you must find a bike with the correct size that suit your height. The frame of the bike has to be perfectly matches your body size, especially the top tube.

There are so many types of bicycle frame to choose from. Frames made from carbon, aluminium and titanium.... etc

Frame that made from carbon is very light. When your bike is light, you can go faster than riding a heavier bike. Every kg count!

My first bike weigh 14.5 kg, and it is super heavy for a road bike~~!! Hahah... what a shame...!

Most of the cyclists' bike is only 5 - 7 kg.... That's so light!

Then we must have good shifter for the gear of the bike...

Some good shifter alone can costs more than RM1500 !!!

After shifter, you need to have a good bicycle crank... The number of teeth of the crank can influence your cycling speed.

There are big crank and small crank, you must know when to use big crank, when to use small crank.

A wrong shift of crank can tear your chain, and even spoil your gear!

There are so much more to learn about cycling.
And I'm so surprise to know that there is a local college offers Bachelor degree in bicycle science~!!!

This is me with my 14.5 kg bike.
I was using this bike to participate in the "Campaign for a line" round Penang island ride in Oct 2010. Total distance was 82 KM, and I was lying flat on the ground after the ride!

This is me with my second bike, which I bought second-hand, and still burnt a big hole in my pocket.
I was riding in the Le Tua 100 KM on 16 Jan 2011.

This time, I wasn't exhausted, but backside so ache during the last 20 KM ride... hahhahah...
Good bike really makes big different....

Cycling Fever

Taking up cycling is not an easy task.
I need to have the budget...
Entry level for a bike easily cost RM2,XXX
Plus helmet... pedal ... this and that....

After equip with proper bike and tools,
I need to build up my cycling muscle... which is totally different set of muscles as compare to marathon.
Training up for the muscles is a real challenge, I was gasping air like a dog struggling in water!

The next disaster is the butterfly mark on my face due to exposure to sunlight for minimum 2 hours per ride!
I need to learn to take care of my skin, and buy products to get rid of the butterfly mark.

Despite of all the disasters mentioned, I am falling in love with cycling.
If I didn't ride for one week, my addiction symptoms will appear...
It's actual a really fun and satisfying sport...
Enjoy the breeze...
the scenery...
the sweat...
and the good companies I have!
Yes, cycling fever!

I still remember when I was small, 1 roll of Gardenia chocolate bun was only RM0.10.
One plate of fried mee-hun was only RM0.20.
One bowl of "Lou-she-Fun" + 2 fish balls was only RM0.40.

Now:
1 bowl of Pan-Mee easily RM4.00, I'm saying Pasar Malam price only, not talking about those air-con restaurant, some more have to take number and queue.

Yet, bunch of people fighting for a seat to eat.

One bowl of ice-kacang, you can get at RM4.99 from 100-yen shop.
With the same type of ice-kacang, some places just sell it with RM9.90!
Just because their stall are at some expensive shopping mall.

When life is getting better, people have higher request on the quality of life.
They don't mind spending RM100 per person per meal.
For example, one plate of Lam-Mee is RM16.90:

And one simple spinach quiche is RM23~~!!!

Price is sky-high, because they are just selling their ambience.
Some restaurants will have "old-antique" house concept.
Some restaurants will have "homely" concept.

So "homely" that you can even sleep there.

That way, they can increase their price "reasonably".
Well, they may add in real and full ingredient, but I believe that it is still not so expensive that they have to sell at such price.

For some other stalls, when their stalls are being interviewed and on air, they will take the opportunity to increase their price, whether their food is really that yummy, don't care la, grab the opportunity to slaughter people first.

Some food is really good, no matter where it is , people will be able to find their way and queue for it.
Like this yummy unusual burger stall in Subang, I can't forget the taste.

It is so different from those traditional Ramly burger.... and the price is reasonable.

Some restaurants, just got the name only, but the food like bloody shit.
Look at the picture below, don't you think it looks like the chicken just got car accident and die at the roadside?

When it is buffet or free food, people will fight and grab like crazy.
The below picture was the amount of ice-cream eaten by one person....
One person~~!!!

Sometimes people can be so crazy until don't mind travel in bus for more than 8 hours, just to eat the food at the town there.
Many people took the bus to go back to Betong again and again, just to eat the Betong chicken.
hahaha, I'm saying the chicken that don't wear shoes one.

Anyway, I think the price of food is getting crazy.

Food is suppose for nutrient and to ease hunger, but now
It has became a tool to
show a person's status ...

to show that we are rich...

to show that we have class...

Is that the way to spend?

If I have money, I'll open restaurant, so easy to earn, and some more it is daily CASH~~!

Money in your pocket, rich people will find way to transfer it to their pocket.
Money in their pocket, is still in there for their possession.
So, who is silly now to pay for expensive food?
Who is the winner?

Will you spend on expensive food just for ambience and status?

Crazily active

This year, I was really crazily active.

Besides cycling, I still do my usual marathon run.
I just click on any button to join any run: small run, big run, chicken run...

And went to Broga Hills few times.
Of course to exercise and train up different set of leg muscles.
Meantime, I enjoyed looking at the sunrise.

I wanted to share this beautiful scenery with people around me...
So, I catched some innocent youngsters to go climb Broga Hill with me.
Here were some of victims of mine:

Hahah... they were good and energetic!
It was really an enjoyable moment to have outing with them.
And snap this energetic sun energy.

Seeing the latex flowing out from the tree.... nature is really beautiful and amazing
Can you here them talking to you?

Hopefully with so much exercise, I can climb the Summit of Borneo by end of this year.
I want to conquer you, Mount KK~~!!

We found toilet at the foot of Broga Hill...
It was just a square zinc box, with a hole dug for you to pee or throw your cake there.
So, if you have stomach problem, you still can find your way out...

What about Mount KK?
Can anyone who has been there tell me, is there any toilet at the peak?
hahahah....

I have been busy with life.... Real busy...

Wake up at 6 am everyday, either go cycling or Qi-Gong...
Hahah... Qi-Gong~! Sounds so old la....

Anyway...
Tomorrow going to cycling from Centre Point to Rawang toll via Guthrie Corridor Expressway.

It's 61 KM in total~~!!
That's real tough for beginner like me.

Hopefully after this second round of cycling, I'll be strong enough to cycle round Penag Island in October.

Ok, ok....
If you are the person that have to sit when urinating, whether you are a guy or a girl,
but the toilet bowl has got some urine droplets like this:

Or got piece of "shit"

will you still sit?
Or you will wipe with toilet paper first... then sit?
or you will rather squat?
Or stand?

Next question is .... public toilet has got so many people use the toilet bowl, if you still sit, will you sit on all the germs on the sit cover?

Or your size does not allow you to squat, will you still squat when the toilet bowl is dirty?

Humans are such unique beings.

We can walk.
We can talk.

We are not only able to find food and fight for shelter.
We can do so many things~~!!
We can even improve ourselves from time to time!

Yes, we need to improve ourselves from time to time.

Spiritually
and physically.

I went for a walk recently.

Gathered a few bloggers and friends,
here we went to conquer the first of our many mountains.

To exercise our physical body.
So that we have healthy spirits.

Looking at the signboard of "canopy walkway", the excitement just came and made me felt recharged.

After a long walk, finally we reached the canopy walkway.
Only to find out that it was closed on that day~~!!
:(

Well, well ... it's ok... it's still a beautiful sunday.
And my childhood picnic was still fresh and clear in my memory.

Look at the entrance going down to the picnic area...

Got a very "Indiana Jones" feeling...
haha...

Finally we reached the picnic area.
We were already so tired and exhausted.

Brought all the food out:
Egg tarts, sandwich cake, nasi lemak, oranges, yoghurt, vitagen, hotdog, nuggets, fish cake...

Most of all... TZ brought chocolate milk~~!!
haha.... my all time favourite and it flooded my head with so much of my childhood memories.

Physically set to hike Broga Hill.

Mentally awakened, to realize the world is not as beautiful as thought...

.....especially human hearts!

After all the Hi-5 lives I used to have when serving the greedy Dato.

My back was later riddled with a hail of jealousy bullets.

Feeling tired of all the back-stabbing.

I'd chosen to retreat...

Just be a humble teacher.

Yet sadly, still had to face lots of weird and horrendous students!

I was so shocked and terrified,

that

the new generations...

at such a young age,

have already mastered the art of playing tricks.

How nice if life can be so peaceful like this rolling hill....

No stress...

No desire...

No complicated mind.

Teachers often provide students with questions for a reading assignment in advance ("Here are some questions I'd like you to think about for next Wednesday's reading"); even more regularly, they assign questions to be answered in papers or on tests. Reasonably enough, most students conclude that it is the teacher's job to ask, and their job to answer. And if they get the answer right, they've learned something.

Most of us who teach make pretty different assumptions. We know that inquiry lies at the heart of every academic endeavor. The best professors don't want to teach their students the "facts" of the discipline so much as they want to help them construct knowledge by asking interesting questions within that discipline. For me, have good EQ, not as good as having good MQ....

Having good Moral Quotient, is much better than anything.

Story 1:

I have a friend, let's call him Deco.
When he was young, he always desperate for money.
He used to steal bicycle and sell them to get some pocket money.

One day, he stole a bicycle which belongs to his best friend (let's call him L).
And, another best friend of L knew about it.
Instead of inform L, that best friend bought the bicycle from Deco~!!!

Story 2:

I got another friend, let's call him Alien.
He is a super-sex-addict.
He has to find girl for one-night stand every night.
Every night~!!

I wonder why on earth, there are so many girls, so shamelessly accept his invitation, and have one-night stand with him.

That's not the end yet.

He needs to find different locations to do "it" with girls for extra excitement.
He did it in the swimming pool.

He did it in the car.

He did it on the mountain.

Under the stars.

And even along the highway~~!!

While he was driving~~!!!
Of course, he met into a car crash.
Crashed his BMW.
And need to borrow money from ah-Long to fix his car.

Story 3:

I got another friend, let's call him Jack.
He has strong desire on sex too.
But he is not so daring like Alien.

Most of the time he "do-it-himself".

The thing is, he is also another shameless person like Alien.
He shares all his sex stories with all his friends.

Both Alien and Jack can tell their friends proudly how strong they are.
How many interesting cases they have.
Not only that...
They are so silly until they reveal their real name, working and home address, their photos, and their profession to strangers on the virtual world!

All these people share the same thing.

They are all shameless.

They are so proud of what they did.

Can even tell the whole world about their "good" deed.

Where is their conscience?

As for Deco in story 1.
He is a businessman now.
But whenever there is business function, he worries that L will turn up.
Because he did not know how to face L.

For one wrong deed he did when he was young.

The scar is in his head and haunt him for life.

As for Alien in story 2,
He wanted to venture into politics.
But lots of girls who had slept with him remember his ugly past.
And reveal him to everybody.
In the end he got sacked from his party.

Think before you do something shameful.
You will never know one day when you become a successful man, all your ugly past will surface from nowhere and destroy your future.

Learn to feel shame.

Learn to admit your fault.

No more pointing fingers on others, please!

Healing hands part 2

I have a friend.
She has been having low blood pressure all this while.

One day...
Her pressure suddenly shoot up,
and she fainted.....

She was sent to a famous hospital in KL, where the husband is a famous specialist there....
After weeks of checking and scanning, no doctor know what's wrong with her.

Everything seems normal for her.
So, in the end, doctor suspect that one of her organ secretes funny hormone.
To test that organ whether really secretes that funny hormone, the hospital has to order the tester from oversea.
And it needs 3 weeks to deliver to the hospital~~~!!!!!

Poor friend...
Has to suffer and stay in the hospital....
Because when the attack comes, she will just have to bear with the high blood pressure and fainted.

After 3 weeks,
the tester finally arrived...
and
the result shown normal~!
Nothing is wrong with her hormone...

Wow... with a doctor husband and all professional doctor friends checking for her, no result ...

Now.
She visits Chinese doctor for treatment and acupuncture.
She felt frustrated... But she really does not know what to do.

Well.... I am not trying to say that modern medicine is not good.
But the knowledge of traditional medicine has been accumulated for thousands years, we should acknowledge it's effectiveness and contribution too....

Anyway...Again, I just hope that doctor can have wide and deep knowledge about every sickness...

Not play play one....

峨眉高出西極天 ... I bow to you, amazing Mountain!

I've been away for my long planned trip.

Therefore, my blog has been abandoned.
Because the place that I visited has no internet....

This is the beautiful place that I first seen:

Nice and cooling weather...
The feeling is like, I'm in those WuXia (Gong-Fu) movie....
hahah...
Want to learn Kung-fu~~!!

There are so much carving on the stone...
All has got meaningful stories......

And the houses here is so... so antique la..
love it.

When I first saw this big bell... I was like... wow~~!
According to the local people, inside the bell is carved with sutra.
When the monk hit the bell once, the sound and the echo will spread in the air, as if million of monk chanting the sutra.

So Great~~!

This was the place I visited:
Si-Chuan, Er-Mei Mountain (峨嵋山)
Has been reading about this mountain from all the Wu-Xia novel (Gung-Fu novel).
I wanted to cry le.

No. 1 mountain~~!!

And the legendary big buddha statue...
I felt so small under the buddha's feet.
I'm nothing.
I'm nobody.
The world is nothing.
There is nothing.
Everything is just an illusion.

Most of them live until so old...

The busiest street in the town.
haha...
how nice if life in KL can be so peaceful...
I rather no development.

Unusual temple.

Simple village life.

OMG~~!! This is the boat that I've been folding since small...
Do you know how to do this origami? hahah!

They still carry baby in basket~~!! So cute!!!

I had a bowl of dumpling soup...
The skin is a bit thick...

And they can make every piece of dumpling same size, same shape, same pattern~~!!

I really love China...

China has a very good sense of art since few thousands year ago!

And I just knew that Si-Chuan province has got dinosaur~!!
Look at this artifact~!!

I was not in Jurassic Park...
I was really standing in front of a real dinosaur bone~~!!

Wow~~! China is so amazing...
I'll be heading down the province, and pass by Laos before I go back to KL.
Whenever I can find internet, I'll update my backpack journey.

Me, twilight, +Ant+, KY, Jerry, TZ, Medie007 went to this place for steamboat buffet dinner:

Most of them are first-timer there.
And they enjoyed so much~~!
Especially the ice-cream, like better than Bask**d-robbin!
hahah

They just can't stop walking to the ice-cream counter and scoop one after another...
In the end, left twilight and Medie still racing to eat one after another cups...

It's such a good and enjoyable night, especially when the people can really eat... make your appetite good also... isn't it?

Healing Hands

During this trip went back to Penang,

Dad got a good masseur to carry out some rigorous massage for him.

The masseur found a few points where the "chi" and blood got blocked.

He tried to push and clear the blockage for dad.

While pushing hard, he explained to dad about those points.

And what can those acupuncture points meant. If any blockage existed, what would be the consequences.

Dad was sooooo AMAZED with dropped jaw!

The masseur told dad that if he had gotten good massages many years ago, cleared the blockages on and off, he need not undergo for his triple heart's bypass!!! Dad was speechless!

Dad was further shocked!

He being a western forensic chemist, Dad used to believe with bias in western medicine only, after I learnt Chinese Medicine, me and Twilight slowly explained to him about the benefit of Chinese Medicine.

He gradually accepted slowly but with doubts somewhere.

This time the masseur really could precisely point out his health problem to him, so dad really had to believe in these type of traditional massage.

My thoughts pondered a while,

also thinking of those cardiac surgeons we know well.

How would the surgeon feel if he knew that actually he does not need to perform operation for dad?

Would he feel guilty?

Would he feel that his knowledge is not broad and far enough to give the best benefit to his patient?

I have lots of funny experiences with western medicine.

Because since small, I'm already a "medicine can" (mandarin description, meaning I was weak and always have to take medicine, just like the medicine can keeping all medicine inside)

There was once, I got some inflamation on the skin of my stomach, and the "nanah" puss accumulated like small hill.

I went to general hospital.

The doctor who treated me was a trainee.

Instead of looking into my problem...

he asked me to go to another building,

to check my eye-sight first~~!!!!

I was sooooo disappointed.

Then, another time I had really high fever.

Told the doctor that I am allergic to aspirin or any analgesic.

He still gave me ASPIRIN!!

My eyes went swollen until like gold fish that night,

added with severe asthma attack.

I got so feddaaaap....

And went to learn Chinese medicine myself from Beijing's professors.

Hoping that I could be a Chinese SinSeh and help sick people to find the right treatment.

During my course, I learn that:

Western medicine is like, see the leaf yellow, they just pluck the leaf away.

Whereas Chinese medicine, see the leaf yellow, they know that the root problem is, the tree has got not enough water, so they will water the plant.

The effect may be slow.

But it is treating the root problem.

That time got one patient came to our clinic, and complained that he had stomach ache for many months, modern medicine could not help.

The doctor only gave him gastric pills.

When my lecturer checked his pulse and everything, found that he suffered from liver problem and suspect it was liver CANCER!!

True enough, the patient in the end died of liver cancer due to late treatment.

But then, Chinese medicine is not everything too.

I coughed for 4 months plus, visited so many Chinese doctors, still not cured.

In the end I went back to modern medicine and get some antibiotic and cough mixture, still could not cure~~!!

So Granny Twilight fed me with Yoh-mei-shu, I recovered instantly! Since that day I have stopped coughing after 5 months.

By then, I realized that my lungs were extremely weak to zero.

I am relieved that I never made it to be a Chinese sinseh.

Because I felt that to be a doctor, the knowledge have to be wide and deep.

Because it involves human life!!!

Cannot play play la...

It is nothing glamorous to be doctor, but have to be humble and really serve the people.

People has been talking about globalization.

I think doctor also have to globalize their knowledge.

Not to stick to one method only.

Maybe should explore about ayurveda.

chinese acupunture....

Combine with aromatherapy....

and hypnotherapy...

Doctors should not just treat the body,

but also treat a person's mind and soul too.

Well...to become a doctor, it's not easy.

Morality still comes first.

I wish all the doctors have healing hands and bodhisattva hearts.

Bak-Kap Ngan

Bak-Kap = Pigeon

Ngan = eyes

So, Bak-Kap Ngan = Pigeon eyes

To understand the meaning of Bak-Kap Ngan, you must know where is the location of the pigeon eyes.

It is located on top of its head:

That's mean, it clever to look down on people.

It only want to look up.

When a person clever to look down on people, and only look up to rich and famous people, we call them Bak-Kap Ngan.

When I was small, I didn't want to believe that people can be so materialistic and mean.

I was so naive.

I had a student long long time ago, she was only 7 years old.

But she knows how to say: yer, teacher, your car so small only. My daddy's car is much bigger than yours!

I'm so confuse, torn between practising kindness and guiding people.

Scenario 1:
You bring your neighbour's son out for teh tarik.
Then your neighbour kept sms you: Son! I'm still waiting for you to come home.
Your neighbour sent this sms to you instead of his son.
How would you react?
You were with a group of friend, cannot just leave them in the mamak stall and send the son home.
What will you do?

Scenario 2:
Your colleague was chit chatting with you.
Colleague: Eh, why this Susan always take MC ah? Do you think that she went for interview in other companies
You: Not sure le. Maybe she is really sick, or maybe she got other things to do.
Then your colleague started to put the word in your mouth and spread it in the office like this:
"Eh, this Michi said Susan take MC is because of going to other companies for interview leh."
How will you react to this type of big mouth?

Scenario 3:
If you are a driver for a rich man, do you think when you wanted to borrow money from your rich boss, he will kindly lend you the money?

If you are a teacher, will you treat your students so close like real friend, or strictly treat your students as your client, give tuition, collect money, then full-stop?

Even if you let your students bully, you will just tolerate, or speak up?

HELP~~!!
I'm so confuse.
Don't know how I should react.

For me,
If I shoot my neighbour, I'll feel bad after that.
But if I don't shoot, he will keep harass me like this.

Should I practise Buddhism teaching, practise tolerance?
Or I should speak up?

But if I speak up, will I look bad? Will I look like a fierce person?

I went to Wat Chalong during my stay in Phuket.

I didn't know the history of this temple. Just felt that it is so nice and so glory.
It's actually a temple to commemorate a monk who has help to protect Phuket in the 1800an.

The temple has many Buddha statues. Some are lying down, some are sitting with different positions, some are standing.

My Thai friend told me that different position represent different form of the Buddha who protect the human being who born on different day.
For example, those who are born on Thursday, will be protected by the one lying down. Those who are born on Monday, will be protected by the Buddha which is sitting right up....
I forgot which position is for which day.

I only know that I'm protected by this form:

Cotton-white cloud ...
And crystal clear sea-water ...

woohoo~~!!
Phuket, I like it!

Before I go, I thought Phuket is a well-developed city like Penang...
But when aeroplane touched down Phuket International airport on Sunday night, I see darkness everywhere.
My eyes were wide open, seeing all the small small light here and there ...
Only I realise, Phuket is still having natural and simple lifestyle!

I mean, it's an international tourist spot, yet it is still quite tranquil ...

This is Patong Beach, where I stayed throughout my holiday here.
It rained almost everyday, but all are short term rain.
Like someone in the sky water flower...Heavy rain just sweep through the town, then sunlight come out again.

My first aim for this holiday is go snorkeling ... Yes, I did it! But when I went inside the sea, I suddenly chicken-out ... end up only manage to see fishes, not coral :(

Beside sea-water, Patong Beach is famous for its night-life.
I went to a club with some friends, it's really a crazy night and I enjoyed it so much~~!!

Vodka lime, Kaloa Coke, dancing girl ... crazy dancing on the floor ...
Haha....

During the day, we went sight-seeing ... Visit the beach for suntan..

At night, we see different scenery...

Pretty girl? They are man le....! so lady like until I felt shame of myself...

They will smile sweetly and wave to you, ask you go over and take photo with them.
If you reject them, they will shout at you!
I got a shock....
Better don't disturb them wey..!

Going for vacation, most importantly is to have good company.
I had a group of friends who really made a good company for this trip.
I laugh so much...They are all crazy people~~!!
6 friends: 4 Thai-friends, 1 Penang-friend, and 1 from England...
Nok, Noi, Prim, Mumi, Christine and Tina... We will meet again!

I realize, to have good holiday, not so much of the surrounding.
It is about our mind, whether we are relax, prepared and enjoy it.

Life is short, just enjoy whenever we can, right?

I got a new toy.....!
What a surprise....
It was my birthday few days ago...
In the evening, somebody delivered this LCD TV to my house.

It's a birthday present....!
hahahahha..... I can enjoy my wii with big screen....!
Thank you, my dear mom and dad!

And the T-shirt and skirt that I was wearing in the photo,
was given by my god-bro, because he is adopting me as his little sister~~!!!

hahah.... I got a big brother now.

I met with a historical man

I was assigned to fetch this patient to Hospis the other day.
Along the journey from his house to Hospis, he told me about his history.
I was like, wow~~! I bumped into a historical man!!!

His name is Mr. Loke.
He is 85 years old!
And he was one of the many labourers who built the death railway in Kanchanaburi~~!!!!

When he told me: Do You know the death railway on River Kwai?
Me: Yeah~~~ I had been wanted to visit it.
Mr. Loke: I was one of the many who built it.
Me: Oh....wow~~! Why did you want to work there? Better money?

hahahah...... so silly la me~~!!!

I thought he wanted to "jump aeroplane" and earn good money~~!!!

He replied: Not I wanted to work there! The Japanese soldiers caught us to work there~~!!!
He: all the healthy teenagers were sent there to build the bridge.
He: That time Japanese wanted to attack India, but they cannot use the sea-route, because on the sea, they got no where to hide, the British will sure be able to bomb them.
He: Therefore, the Japanese think of building the railway to connect Thailand and Burma, and then from Burma, they can enter India and attack that country.

It was so tough to build the railway track, because everyday at 1pm, the British warplane will fly to Kanchanaburi and drop bombs to break the bridge.

When the planes come, all these labourers and POW (prison of war) will have to hide in the thick jungle, so that they will not get bomb.

After the bomb over at around 6pm, they have to quickly climb down to the valley and collect back all the woods, so that they can continue to build the bridge and the railway track.

So many Mat Salleh were being caught and sent there to build the railway too.

They are all prisons of war....

Even if they are sick, having high fever or terrible cough, they still have to work.
No MC, no rest day ....

The Japanese everyday will patrol around, checking who was lazying.
If they found anyone not doing their work, surely the ass will get hot and spicy treatment.

Mr. Loke was telling me how much he had gone through during that three-and-a-half years.
He said there was always repair work to be done as the British fighter planes from India had bombed bridges and railway stations along the Siam-Burmese border. They had to work under the scorching sun to repair the damaged tracks.

The workers also had to go down the river to remove the wooden beams of the bridges that had been bombed, to enable new structures to be erected. It was exhausting work. They had to work late into the night. Though they were exhausted, they had to keep working, otherwise the soldiers would beat them with sticks. Many workers fell ill and died. Each camp had 500 to 600 workers, but the number dwindled as the workers succumbed to malaria and dysentery. However, new workers were brought in to join them.

After the war was over, he still could not go home yet, because all the railway tracks were damaged!
They had to spend months to repair the railway, so that the train can come to their camp and pick them up.

Then Mr. Loke was sent to Bangkok, and waited there for 7 months, for the ship to come and send all of them to Singapore.

It was a long journey home.... When he told me finally he manage to board a ship, and reached Singapore, he still cannot go home yet.... The government quarantine them for one week, then only allow them to take train home.

When I hear until the part that he managed to take a train home, the government some more gave them $5 each, I cried~~!!
I felt the feeling of being home... It is so nice to be home....

It's a touching story...
We are so fortunate to live in a peaceful day.
But yet let all the human problem bother us.
Friends don't "friend" us la... office politics la... parents problem la ...
It all looks so small matter now....

My bucket list

I had been hearing so many people passed away recently.
All are like sudden death.

My friend's wife was walking around in her home when she fell down.
And just like that, she is gone.
My friend reached home at 12 midnight after work, then only found out that the wife fell down and died... No one was at home to help her, or rescue her.

Another friend's sister, she was pregnant, and had a loving husband.
Every morning they will brush teeth together, then the wife will change to working dress and sit at the living room sofa to wait for the husband to get ready and fetch her to work.
One fine morning, they as usual, brush teeth together, and then the wife sat on the sofa and waited for the husband....
And, she just gone like that ... no reason, no sickness.... pregnant 8 months.
The husband cried like mad.

I was telling my student about all these deaths.
I felt so down.
Then my student was trying to cheer me.
Asked me to write down my own bucket list too...
Not that I'm dying, but just write something for me to look forward to.

I was holding my pen, and thinking for so long...

What do I want to achieve in this life?

I suddenly realised that I've no desire, nothing for me to look for...
I've no more regret in life, and if I were to go now, I'm prepared.
I suddenly lost my reason of living.

To have big house in my life? That's not really what I wanted, and desire for.

Have lots of children and see them grown up?
No... No... No...
That doesn't bring any meaning to me.

Have lots of saving?
If I don't use the money, it's not mine too...
So, not also...

I really was thinking so hard, and so long...

Finally I wrote one line in my bucket list...

I wish I can be a nurse, and have the chance to take care of dying patient

That's all I wish...

Toughest job

I just watched Transformer - Revenge of the Fallen

Wow.... !

That's a really nice show~~!

Never loved a show so-so much....!

In the show, you can see lots of war planes flying beautifully in the sky.

These aircrafts taking off from aircraft carrier:

When you watched the war plane take off from the aircraft carrier, did you notice the tiny human on the left that wore a yellow shirt in the photo below?

I think this is one of the toughest job in the world.

They are the flight deck crews.

Who has to assist in the taking off and landing of the war planes?

They risked their lives to get sucked into the fight jet engine every time a jet takes off or landed.

They have to fully assist to navigate the planes to position itself.

They have to help to monitor the pressure precisely in the catapult cylinders, so that the plane can take off while the carrier is not being harmed by the deadly pressure.

This steam pressure can rocket the plane from the speed of 0 to 165 miles/hour in 2 seconds! Imagine the crews have to work in such high temperature steam .. it is so-so dangerous.

They have to wear heavy thick protective uniform and work under the perspiring hot sun everyday.

Their uniform is heavy because they have to wear so many layers of clothes plus safety jacket.

They sweat so much and yet cannot take off their sauna-like uniform until off duty.

Some of them developed skin disease due to long hours of sweat.

When the plane takes off, the noise can deafen their ears even with ear-plugs worn!

The explosion from jet exhausts emit dangerous radiations TOO ....

I salute those who work as the deck crew.

It is such a difficult job.

I also salute the whole team of movie makers of this show ...

Even though they may have earned tons of money...

But all belongs to their intelligence of work, and lots of hard works too.

(support original movie :) protect the intelligent property ... heh heh!)

There are also some other tough jobs that I respect a lot.

Like those who mould the future generation:

and evoke the wisdom and benevolence in every human:

For those who work for others, and sacrifice for human's well being.

For those who work for no name, no fame, solely working for the goodness of others ...

I really salute and respect them.

I met him recently.

He is only 15 years old.

But he is stricken with the deadly 4th stage of cancer.

The above boy is supposed to sit for PMR this year.

But he missed his school for the whole last year and this year.

Which means, he only completed his Form 1.

Some of the government schools look like prison.

With metal door and metal windows.

Toilets with grill....

And the other side, so many other students are enjoying full facilities of a private school.

They may not know how the real world is.

They may not know how the government school children felt.

And this 15 year old boy still badly wants to sit for his PMR next year.

My beloved students ... The monitor and JB ...

Even though the boy knew that there are lots of things that he needs to catch up.

Yet he is so determined and wants to study so eagerly.

I was the form teacher ... Miss them ...

This cancer-strickened boy is not from a well-to-do family.

His father is just an attendant that follows a lorry which deliver fruits everywhere.

They are so blessed & lucky to be in a prestigious school ... And get to study everyday in comfort!

Looking at the boy, made me think of my lucky students.

They are so fortunate to have the chance to study.

Some may have to struggle to get into the good school.

But still... they know they can attend school everyday.

I can still remember everyone of them ... their happy smiles ... their funniest jokes ... and their thunderous laughters.

I don't think that the boy knew what is happening to him.

He looks a bit scared and confused. Another volunteer was telling me that the boy does not know what is going to happen to him.

My heart was weeping terribly to see him fading away each day.

Exam time, trying hard to score good result... Continue the good work!

I decided to give the boy free tutorial.

Help him to catch up his homework and his studies.

Even though he may not have tomorrow.

My students used to laugh out so so loud ... and it really gave my sweet and happy memories.

Of course I will also educate the boy with some good meaning of life.

So that he will carry some good value with him, when he has to meet his own GOD.

This student cleverly imitating a nerd teacher ... definitely not me ... haha!

I can only coach the boy once a week...

Hope there will be more people willing to teach him everyday.

Help him to catch back what he had missed.

Korean hairdo? So nice ... I may not have everyone's picture, but I do miss my students a lot. I believe that they will continue to do well in their study, and contribute their good work to the society one day.

I just wish that the boy does not have to suffer much.

And lead his days ahead meaningfully.

Even though his life is like just a twinkling of an eye now.

Life is so short ...

Really ...!

There are six types of psychic abilities.

The first one will be the THIRD eye.

What can the third eye do?

Seeing ghost?

I'm sure you have friends, or relatives or you yourself born with the ability of seeing ghost.

I always hear people telling me that they see ghosts here and there.

I would not say that they have third eye.

This is just some supernatural ability, not psychic ability yet.

A person who has develop his third eye,

not only can see ghosts,

he can see the spirituals world, of all levels.

He can see the aura of a person.

He can see deities.

He can see different realms, some can even see the highest supreme realm

Before scientist found out the explanation about this, there are so many people against or support this THIRD eye concept.

Some say it is evil.

Some dying to achieve this ability.

Now it is a known fact that this so call THIRD eye is actually the Pineal Gland.

This Gland located right behind the root of our nose.

This Pineal Gland can be activated by light.

Or by meditation and visualization.

Remember I once wrote about scientist used red light to shown on a girl, and the girl can see throw the wall, and see her friend who was standing 500 m away ?

I think this is how it work.

Light shine on the Pineal Gland and activated it.

It is a connection between the spiritual world and the physical world.

It is found that it will go into hibernation during our sex development.

If we have strong sex desire, all the more it will be deactivated.

No wonder all religion do not encourage people to get crazy over sex, especially buddhism.

It is active when we were small like children.

Until when we reach teenage, and started to develop our sex desire, it slowly shrink.

That's also why normally baby and small child can see ghost.

When we do meditation, we will generate different frequency in our brain, producing some magnetic field that will vibrate and activate this Pineal Gland.

Sometimes a head injury can also activate it.

We can also activate it through hypnosis.

This is the ability that we have.

Everybody has it.

Just how much you can activate it.

You need to clear your karma, which is some heavy frequency that burdening your Pineal Gland.

Once you clear this heavy frequency, you can activate it easily.

So we should keep our mind open to the religion knowledge.

And continue to improve ourselves.

Live each day better than yesterday.

What is psychic?

Haha! I'm free like a bird now...

So many things that I wanted to do.

Of course most importantly is to update my blog everyday!

I have a friend asked me what is psychic ability.

Can we cultivate the ability ourselves, or have to be born with it.

From some of the cases that I studied recently, I came across people developed the psychic ability by just doing meditation.

There are some event able to wake up the psychic ability by doing hypnotise!

Well, what is psychic ability?

Is it good or bad?

Is it about seeing ghost?

There are so much to talk about this topic.

I will slowly put up what I know about psychic ability. Now I'm in a hurry to settle my stuffs and planning for my first trip.

Imagining Transformer coming out from the ground, and letting the dry air blow my face.

I want to dig the pyramid, and find out the hidden secret of the Pharaohs.

I want to take a bus from India to Nepal.
And be a real traveler.

Who experience the live of the local people, of each local place that I am going to visit.
Instead of being a tourist, just to look see look see, then bye bye without feeling what life is.

There are so many things that I don't know.
There are so many things to discover.
There are so many places waiting for my foot print.

I want to see the world.

I was fetching a patient to Hospis.
She was telling me about herself and it makes me think so much.

What is the meaning of your life?

"I am going to live my life in a luxurious way."
"I want to be rich but normal."
"If I am really rich until I got nothing to do, I will venture into my hobby and start doing charity."

Most people will tell me all these above.

Why do you want to be famous?
Why do you want to be glamorous?
Why do you want to be rich?

Everything comes with a consequences ...

The patient was an auditor when she was young.
She has got a driver.
She flew here and there to audit big company account.
But until one point, she just resign.

The work was too stressful for her.
She only reached home after midnight, when her kids went to sleep already.
She felt that she missed out the scenery along the journey of her life.
That's why she just quit from her job.

Now, she has got a disease that doctor announced that there is no medical cure for her anymore.
She think that it was due to the stress that she had while she was still working, even though it was so many years ago.

Last year when she found out that she got cancer, the doctor said she only left two weeks to live.
She started baking cake, and living her life to the fullest.

One year has passed.
She is still talking with me in my small car, every week when I fetch her to Hospis for daycare.
Living her everyday happily.

When do you want to start living happily?
Money is not everything.
Everyday fight for what?

Well, people may not wake up until they experience it themselves.
That is why there are still disaster in the world.

Hope I will contribute myself to the society, be more useful and won't fall into the illusion world easily.

Wish the patient will have lesser pain each day, and live by example to others.

Colour and Fengshui

Is COLOUR part of the factors that affect fengshui of a place?

My answer is YES.

For those who doesn't believe in colour, I hope after this post, they will take it into their consideration.

Of course I am not going to ask you to follow strictly and deeply, but we should know some basic colours and how they work.

You see, sunlight consist of 7 colours, each colour has different frequencies, which is a known fact to the scientist.

Red has the longest wavelength, or the lowest frequency among the 7 colours.

And the colour that has the highest frequency is violet.

Wave that has the longest wavelength can travel very far and carry lots of information.

And when different colours add together, they produce different effect:

We know that if we wear black colour clothes, we felt hot easily, cause black absorb everything.
When we wear white colour shirt, we feel cool cause white reflect all the heat away.

So, it is a FACT that colour does influence fengshui.

Example, it is not wise to paint your bedroom red.

Red is a very energetic colour, that will give out energetic vibration.

Bedroom is a place for you to sleep.

And you spent the most hour on the bed.

So, the colour will definitely have enough time to affect your body frequency.

Twilight once wrote about his deceased friend's haunted house.

That friend painted his bedroom red!
With red pillow.
Red bedsheet.
Red blanket.

Wow!
His temper ... Nobody dare to offend him.

Red not only can influence a person's temper, or became very "buaya" that like to flirt around
It can also cause some severe disease.
Believe it.

There was once, I went to a house and saw the owner paint his living room red.
So I told him better change the colour, otherwise it will affect his eldest daughter (based on the direction of the house, it can tell who will get affected the most)

You may say that it is just a coincident.
But it is true that the eldest daughter got leukemia not long after that.
From the day she found out that she got leukemia, within one week, she passed away.

I rather believe that it is really the colour that is not suitable for the house.
Better play safe lah....

Red is a dangerous colour, please do not simply use.

For your information, each direction got its own colour.
East and Southeast = Green
South = Red
Southwest and Northeast = Earth colour
West and Northwest= Gold an White
North = Black

Example,
If you open a bookshop, bookshop is wood element.
And if your bookshop is facing south, which is fire element, of course it's a bad thing!
The fire will burn away the wood.
So, you can try to paint your shop green colour, to help the wood element to grow.

Just some simple tips.
Use the respective colour for the respective direction ok?

Basic Kitchen Fengshui

We always neglect the invicible world.

There are so many things happening in the invicible space.

Of course I'm not only talking about the spiritual world.

But those invicible things that exist in our world.

Like infrared, UV, microwave, radiowave ... and etc.

For example, we don't know what is happening in the sky at all time.

Do you know that actually the movement of the air, can generate a big wave?

Let say there is a rain in one of the small village in Africa.
This rain can cause the air to produce wave. And the wave can travel all the way until Europe.
And along the way, it gathers more and more energy.

And causing Hurricane in Europe ~~!!
(The scientist recently found out about this)

Even a small activity in one end of the world, can cause some wave generated, and bring disaster to the other end of the world.

Fengshui is also talking about air movement.

Why it is not good to have your stove stand in the middle of your kitchen?
First of all, stove represents your food merits.
It needs to gather energy.If you put your stove in the middle, the air flow will always disturb the energy gathered around the stove:

Remember? Whatever shape gathers whatever energy?
Stove definitely will gather food merits.
When it cannot gather energy, your food merits will not be stable too.
The consequences is, your business or income may not be stable.

How to check whether your stove is ok or not?

Here are some simple tips for you to follow. Basically this is alright for everyone, regardless of what type of Ba-Zi (birthdate) you have.

Example 1:

Never allow your stove facing the water tap as shown in the picture above and below.I’ve seen so many cases, that, when the stove faces the water tap, the husband and wife always quarrel … and after 10 years, they divorce. For all the cases I seen, all happened.

Example 2: Water tap beside the stove also cannot.
Water carries cold energy. Stove carries hot energy.
Two different temperature energies mix together, sure create explosion.

Example 3:

Now, for the example above, the stove and water tap should be L-shape to each other.
But still not right.
Why?
Because there is no support behind the stove, how to gather energy?

Example 4:

This stove has got a wall behind, suppose to be good.
But it has windows beside. The air will be busy flowing in and out and disturb the stove energy!
No good … No good …
Make sure no windows behind your stove.

Example 5:

Can you tell me what’s wrong with this stove?
Yes, it is facing the water tap… Most condos have this type of design.
Another thing is, it is at the walk-way, or door-way …
Air will flow in once you open the door, and again, disturb the energy of the stove.

Example 6:

Stove beside the fridge or washing machine as shown in the photos above and below?
Again, fridge and washing machine carry cold energy (water element), definitely cannot put beside the stove.

Example 8:

Now, this one is ok.
Not facing the water tap.
Behind got wall to gather energy.
Not at the door-way.
Good!

Basic Fengshui

"Fengshui" is always an arguable topic, which not everybody can agree to it.

"Fengshui" is actually all about energy.

It is the science of harnessing energy.

It is all base on philosophical, astrological, cosmological, mathematical, geographical and physics concepts.

Fengshui is about how we balance the energy of the surrounding so that it became the supporting energy to us.
It is how we create a harmony surrounding so that we can balance our energy with the nature.

Fengshui has nothing to do with religion.
It is not magic either.

Fengshui is like the story of boiling a frog slowly, it takes at least 7 years to show the effects.
Please do not have myth that if you are staying in a not so suitable fengshui place, means you will fall sick instantly...
Or disaster have to fall on you... or your family will be broken in the very next moment ...

not so dramatic la.

It takes time to ripe.

Chinese has a saying: 一命二运三风水

Meaning,
There are three elements influence our life: Birthdate, merits (luck), fengshui

The first one is our birthdate.
Well, we cannot choose when to be born.
So, we cannot do anything for the first element to change our fate to a better.

The second element is our merits, or luck.
It depends on how much prayer and charity we did.
This is within our control, but depends on how much effort you can put in.

The third element is fengshui.
This is the easiest element to change, to help our life to be better.
Why not we modify the "fengshui" arround us, and create a smoother path for us in whatever we are doing?

That is why we need to know fengshui.
So that we can change the unsupportive energy to become the supportive energy.
So that we can balance the unbalance energy in our home or work place.

In the example that I gave previously,
regarding the condominium carpark ...
Many developers nowadays try to squeeze every inch of the land, make full use of it, to earn the maximum money.
That is why they build the carpark underneath the staying unit.
There are still many condominium with carpark just surrounding the staying unit, instead of underneath.

Human is very tolerant.
They will just accept what came to them.
Like the modern world is changing such that the condominium have carpark underneath, human will just accept it as it is alright to be like that.

Well, if the carpark is underneath the condominium, and if it is not good, will it affect the thousand units of people who are staying there?

Definitely it will...
But if a person has strong merits, then he will not get affected so much.

Or,

If a person's work suppose to have lesser obstacles, he may have more headache after staying in this type of condominium.

That's all, nothing dramatic will happen.

Again, you choose the suitable energy for yourself.
So that your sailing is smooth.

Just like everybody is taking the same amount of food, some will get fat, some will fall sick, some will just be normal.
It depends on a person's immunity system, right?

So if everybody stay in the same condominium, some will get affected a lot, some little, some is fine, it depends on their good karma too...

But if you have a choice, why not eat healthily, so that you won't fall sick?
Same thing, if you have a choice, stay in a better condominium, instead of risk your luck.

But for business, they need to have moving energy, and not static energy.
Thus, it is fine for shopping complex or office building to have carpark underneath.

For places to stay and sleep, we need static energy, not so much of movement, so that we can tap into the good energy from the ground.

There are many aspects that we have to consider in calculating the energy.
What I share here is just a general guideline.

I personally saw many cases, where fengshui really affected their career, or family, or health, or wealth.
Like the example of the grave of my friend's parents, that affect him to have backache...

All are real cases.

Fengshui vs Physics

In the physical world, different shapes would cause different impacts on different things.

For example,

we knew that the shape of the pyramid could gather infinite energy:

That is why when someone falls sick, for those who knew this, they would imagine that they are sitting inside the pyramid, gathering all the healing energy, and they can recover at faster rate compared to those who didn't adopt this mental healing.

Another example:
Magnifying glass can capture & magnify sunlight and igniting to burn paper or leaf, or any flammable object.

Why do I share this two examples?
Because I'm trying to explain, the shape of the house will affect the house fengshui.
Whatever shapes will attract whatever relevant frequency.
So you may be surprise, that tortoise-shaped grave can really influence the next generation to have longer life as mention in my previous post!
Of course we have to consider other aspects like a person's karmas.
But Fengshui is one of the great elements that we should not overlook or under estimate.

Today just share one simple tip with you all.

If you are planning to buy a condominium to stay,
make sure that the car park is not right under the staying unit like this:
It is definitely not a good fengshui.
Because when the car turning up and down in the car park, that's mean your unit underneath always got turning energy...it is not a stable energy at all.
So, any good luck come will get swirled away...!
Right?

Cemetery FengShui

You see trees around cemetery.

Chinese especially, like to have shady trees to cover the grave plots.

In terms of fengshui, it is not wise to have have trees around grave tombs.

If you don't believe in fengshui, then look at the following picture:

In terms of physical, it is not wise to have trees around grave too!

The old roots will destroy the graves.

And don't dismiss that fact the grave which is far away from tree is always safe.

The roots can grow all the way... And until it pierced across the grave located far:

I have a friend, who suffered nagging backaches for 20 over years.

Seeked treatment from so many doctors, yet just found no cure.

In the end he had to believe a geomancy fengshui master, that there must be something wrong with his ancestral graves.

So, he chose a day, dug the grave & opened the coffin, and he nearly fainted.

Because he saw a fat root had grown through his parent's coffins, and the root grew across the backbone of his father, exactly the spot that he felt pain behind his back~~!!!

Believe it or not? You have to.

Since the day he removed the parents' skeletal bones and cremated them, his backaches vanished altogether!

And, it was amusing there were actually no trees nearby his parent's graves!

The root grew all the way from quite a distance graveyard, at least 100 m away!

But sometimes we cannot avoid having any trees in graveyard too!

So how?

Will discuss about this issue in another post.

Now, after this bad fengshui incident, let's look at the good fengshui of graveyard.

Is it true that grave tombs with tortoise-shaped is believed to bring good fortune to the next generations?

For me, the answer is a "yes".

How a scientific person like me believe this thing? Well, it is all about science, really...

Will explain this in future post too.

Some people love having water feature in front of the grave.

But if the water feature is not clear water, full of pebble stones or rubbish, of course it is not good fengshui.

The worse is like the picture above, the grave is same level or lower than the water!

Water will easily seep into the grave, worsen the fengshui when bones or corpses soaked in water.

Last for today's fengshui topic:

Refer to the picture below.

If the grave is located at "A" side, it is bad.

Because the road is a curve, jut like a knife, slice through the "chi" of the grave.

Same apply to house.

If the road in front of your house is also a curve like this, and your house is at "A" side, you got to do something.

But if the grave or house is located at "B" side, then congratulate! You got one of the better fengshui.

Because for grave or house located at "B" side, the road is like "hugging" "B" side, it is a protecting "chi" and bring wealth to the grave or house located here.

Just something to share with you.

Now you can read simple fengshui.

Cemetery Run

Nice nice sweet Sunday

I woke up at 6.15 am.

To see sunrise?

Haha....! No-lah, I'm going for the "Larian Kubur" organized by the Chinese Association.

They started this cemetery run since year 2000.

What's the reason they wanted to organise a run that the route is across cemeteries?

Because between 1996 - 2000, the government wanted to shift all the cemeteries around the TUDM to elsewhere, lots of people protested because they didn't want to demolish their ancestors' graves.

So, to protect the cemeteries, they had a big debate and even fiercely protested in front of the cemeteries to go against the government.

Since then, they wanted to educate the public and create the awareness to protect the heritage culture and ancestors' pride, they, as in, the Chinese Association, organises cemetery run every year.

When people ran across all the 8 cemeteries, comprised of Chinese, Catholic, Japanese, Sri Langkan Buddhist, Sikh cemeteries, the public will remember all their ancestors, retain their culture and help to protect the cemeteries.

When I ran across the cemetery this morning, then only I understood the reasons our government wanted to relocate the cemeteries to elsewhere.

All because of money....

See the big piece of land, under the KL view.

It is really a piece of jewel to the government to earn the money.

It is also the priceless jewel for us all to protect & inherit the culture and cemeteries of the ancestors!

Still haven't recover after one month :(

After the run:

Went to see a Chinese Sinseh, my student's father, a really good Sinseh.

After being treated by him, for only one session, my leg recovered 80%!

No joke.

He released the blood from my ankle:

Because there is blood clot around my ankle.

No wonder my whole feet was black and swollen for so long.

Then the Sinseh, Mr. Tang, used the cup suction method to suck the darkened blood out:

Applied Chinese herbs.

And wrapped up.

Mr. Tang said in another 2 days, should recovered already!

Yippy~~!!

Should have look for him since the first day I twisted my ankle!!!

Yeh~~! Yeh~!

I'm going for Bomba run on 10 May.

And Standard Chartered run in June.

I need my ankle to heal fast.

So that I can run!

Miss running so badly.

The evil force VS your heart

What happens if somebody cast "charm" or black magic on you?

If you are sensitive and observant, you should notice that your behavioural pattern has changed.
Or you started falling sickly often without any effective help from medical practitioners.
Or you are just not yourself.

You may not notice the changes.
But people around you will realize & notice it obviously.

Ok, let's see how all these black magic work on us.

If I question you, do you remember what you ate 300 days ago?
Can you remember?

You may tell me: Crazy ah?! How to remember oh?

Well, your conscious mind may not remember, but your subconscious mind remembers!
Amazing yeah?

Whatever you experienced everyday, is all recorded in your subconscious.
Your conscious mind is just like computer RAM only.
But subconscious mind is a hard-disk with infinity storage capacity~~!!

So, all your behaviours, and attitudes, from so many many of your past lives, are stored in your subconscious.

Black magic is just like an activator, or catalyst, that enlarge your terrible character.
That made you more crazy, or more stupid, or more bad temper ...

If you do not have all these greediness, jealousy, act-clever, hatred or stupidity in your subconscious, black-magic has got nothing to activate.

And you will be free from the witch~~!

then ...

Spiritual war - a way of life?!!

There are so many mysterious things in this world.
So mysterious that scientists is yet to explain.
But for me, nothing is unexplainable, just that whether we have the wisdom to understand or not.

Well, all these amazing mysterious things that happened must thanks to
human greed.
Because of human greed, they will try to use all sorts of methods to get what they want.
One good example is "Bomoh", or "charm".

I was the victim once upon a time.
Some colleagues jealous of the contract that I got from a "hot-cake-everybody-fighting-for" supplier, charmed my business place.
They cannot use a fair and human method to compete for the contract.
Instead, they use "charm"..
Of course, they manage to get what they wanted.
Seems like I was lost to them, but I think they created a very big karma for themselves.

Jealousy is another poison that drives human to be evil.
You cannot imagine that even holy place like schools or temples, people also fighting like hell.
I wonder what they are fighting for.
What do they get out of it?
Just because "Beh-kuah" (cannot see eye to eye), they want to eliminate that "face-problem"-bad-luck enemy.

Real case 01:
A holy-job person got charmed by her good friend.
The friend wanted to make her paralyse and cannot work anymore.
Just because that person is outstanding in the organisation, the good friend wanted to eliminate her, so that the boss will not focus on her so much.

Real case 02:
A lady got charmed because she married to a rich man, her staff also "beh-kuah", charmed her until her marriage is broken now.
The lady suffered from the side effect until today.

Real case 03:
A lady wanted to flirt around with other guys, so she charmed her husband, so that the husband cannot "see" her fault.
The husband love her so much and somemore gave her all his money.
In the end, the mother found something underneath the son's pillow, and discover the daughter-in-law's charm.

Real case 04:

My house always has lots of ants, not all over the house, but my drinking water container only~~!!

Don't know why the ants in my house are so thirsty, and I really have headache on it.

Luckily the ants is not red-killer ants, otherwise I will be frighten, because they can bite you until become like this: Scary huh?

So.... I have been using some ants medicine to put around my dustbin, amazingly my dustbin never have any ant.

But now I finish use those ants medicine, and don't know where to get.

I always have problem with my shoes.
Wear not even one month, my shoes sure start laughing...
Torn open~~~!!

Especially my boss so emphasized on presentable dressing,
Thus, I have to wear high heel shoes to work.

It is really giving me problem.

I used to love chewing gum like crazy~~!!
All because of advertisement ...

When Doublemint first came out with chewing gum advertisement,
they used a pretty mat salleh girl.

The advertisement showing the pretty girl went jogging to exercise her body.
Then after she finish her jogging, she will meet up with her boyfriend and both started to chew this bubble gum together, to exercise the face!

Haha.... I was so small and stupid... thinking that by eating chewing gum can slim down my face and turn my face into mat salleh face ...
then attract a handsome boyfriend.

heh! So.. ya... those stupid day.

Sometimes I chew until get carried away, and swallow it.
My parents always frightened me that if I swallow the bubble gum, all my intestine will stick together.

Hei-yah... another crap huh?!

But I think if you accidentally swallow chewing gum, it will be good when you fart.

Chew bubble gum sure must blow it.

Why people nowadays hardly use their brain?

Case 1: Where is your common sense?

So many people, friends, and students knew that besides being a teacher, I am also a blogger. Sometimes I'll blog about food and places to travel.

They will once in while tell me about places to eat and interesting places to go.

There are people asking me to go out for a trip or for a meal, introducing nice places and food to me, but taking advantage on this, making me pay for everything~~!!

They will think: Wei, I'm introducing places for you to write, so you should pay for it.

Come on! Think of your intention, do you really feeling excited to introduce the place or food to me? Or at the same time can tumpang and makan too?

I hope people out there will have common sense.

When you tell people: Hey, come! Let's go for a meal.

That's mean, you are buying the person a meal~~!!!

If you want AA, then you should tell the person before hand~~!!

I would rather the person tell me:

"Hey, I got a very nice place wanted to introduce to you, but you know la, now economy crisis, I can't afford to belanja you la, you don't mind to share the cost with me?"

I experienced this before:

Somebody kept ajak me to have a meal at a place, supposed to be a very beautiful place.

Finally I agreed to go.

Today I'm going to tell the story of 100 monkeys.

Long long time ago...

There were 2 islands.

This 2 islands were separate so far away, cannot even see each other.

On each island, lived 100 monkeys.

Those days, monkeys ate bananas without peeling the skin.

One day, one of the monkeys of one island started to eat the banana by peeling off the skin.

Then, funny thing happened..

Heh heh... something related to death again...

Well, olden day Chinese look at coffin as luck and wealth le.. so no pantang yeah!

I'm sure everybody know about Egypt and the famous pyramid.

Maybe you also know how the internal look like....

Of course inside the pyramid are the mummies...

Basically most Kings and Queens or Pharoahs will be mummified after they passed away.

If you are just an ordinary people, but rich, you can also mummified yourself after you passed away.

Of course mummies is not something new, but what shock me is...
I didn't know that the canopic jars around the pyramid are used to store the organs of the mummies!!!!
