What I wanted to say after watching this video is that, what is our thought? Which one is our original thought? We are being influenced by the surrounding all the time! What we saw, what we heard, what we tasted, what we smelled, what we touched, and what our sixth sense sensed.... All are affecting the way we think.
Even our past memories, are affecting us too.
So, can anyone chop off all these influences, tidy their mind and be mindful all the time? Or can even control our unconscious mind, to receive and block any information as we wanted?
