Fact 2: Golf training with eyes close

In Kinetic Sport Science, lecturer will blind-fold the students, and let them hit the golf ball without seeing it.
After the first time the students hit the ball, they will open their eyes to see how far the ball is from the hole.
Then they will estimate the distance in their mind.
Then blindfold for second time and try to hit the ball to get into the hole.
After hitting the ball, they will open their eyes again to check how close they are.

People especially in western countries have been training their other senses besides vision.

Ok, it was stated in the
Theory of Quantum Mechanical Force.

It's going to be a bit scientific and technical here... be patient!

The Theory says that:
1. Energy is not continuous, but come in small and discrete units.

2. The elementary particles behave both like particles and like waves.

3. The movement of these particles is inherently random.

4. It is physically impossible to know both the position and the momentum of a particle at the same time. The more precisely one is known, the less precise the measurement of the other is.

5. The atomic world is nothing like the world we live in.

What does it mean?

Look at point number 4, it is physically impossible (for human) to know both the position and the momentum of a particle at the same time.

Which means, it is hard to predict the effect of a cause, but it will definitely happen.

For example:

When we look at a plane.
Is it going to change its direction of movement just because of we are looking at it?

Or

Turn its shape to become something like this:
Haha...Theoritically, yes!

Yes! It may happen, if your "staring" is strong enough.

Basically what I am trying to say here is that, there are invisible forces, which most people had neglected.

These type of invisible forces had been stated and proven by the scientists, just like what the Quantum Physics says.

But, how come the plane didn't turn it's shape?


It is due to the distance, and the force of our stare is too weak to influence the plane.

Even the reflected light from the plane goes into our eyes, will have some effects on our eyes too, but again, due to the huge distance and the force is too weak, our eyes are not hurt.

But,
When we stare at an electron, it will either slow down or speed up the electron, and also changing the direction of the electron's movement~~!!

Isn't it amazing?

Just that, we can't predict whether we will slow down the electron, or speed up.
And we also cannot predict which direction the electron will go to.

From here, it also means that:
We are surrounded by forces and frequencies at all time!
This is quantum force...

This forces and frequencies are generated by living things.
By our thoughts.
By our eyes.
By our hand gestures.(so, don't simply point your middle finger, it will rebound back to you!)

Cause everything has got its frequency.

The stronger your mind, the stronger your frequency is, and the stronger the force you can create.

According to all these physics theories:

If you hate a person, you will generate the type of hatred frequency and shoot at the person, of course it will also rebound back to you.

If you are righteous and treating others good, you will generate kind and benevolence frequency to wrap you up.

Frequency is just like magnet, it will attract the same type of frequency to come to you.
So if you are being wrapped by kind frequency, then you will attract the good force to come to you, and this is what we call "good luck"!

Yeah, to have good luck and reduce bad luck, you should keep a kind heart...

Again from point number 4 above, whatever you did to others, it will create effects on the person, and also rebound back to you.

But what will really happen to us, we won't know, and can't tell too.

One thing for sure, it will really happen.

So, we better believe in "cause and effect".

Forensic - something cool

I'm not sure, but because of I studied Biomedicine, I love dead body dissection...

But I scared of cutting chicken!!!

Funny yeah?

Those days when I was studying this course, there were only 14 of us! The whole UM only 14 of us taking this course~~!!
It was such a rare and "dark horse" course that not many people wanted to take.
My batch of friends will either crazy over engineering or medical only.
Biomedicine? What's that?

But now, it is so common that even private colleges offer this course.

I still remember during my first year, we already have to step inside a big lab...with lots of bed.

On top lying all sorts of dead body.

Something like the picture above.

But our lab was not so bright, much bigger, colder, and the dead bodies were covered with black plastic~~!!

It is so "eew"~~!
Hair-raising?
Mou-kooi-chang?

Not for me woh....haha~! I was so excited!


We got to see, touch, cut, examine so many bodies.

And we respect those bodies very much.

We have a rule.

We have to respect these bodies.
Because they allowed us to examine and used their bodies for good mankind, thus, in return we have to respect them.

One of our exam is to recognize all types of bone.

In our lab, if you have the chance to visit, there is one aquarium, inside storing a head.

Yes, the head was being cut into half like the picture above, so that the student can understand how it is like inside our head.

That head in the UM lab was belongs to a prisoner. He was jailed for life. And before he pass away, he donated his body to UM for experiment use. So nice of him.

UM also got a forensic museum, storing all sorts of body parts.

It was such a good memory for me...

I wish that the younger generations will have interest in science, in chemistry, biology and physics too.

So, I became a teacher...

And when the right time came, I wanted my students to experience the joy of exploring science.

One fine day, it was a lab session, to study about respiratory system.

I asked my students to bring some frogs to school.
And started teaching them how to dissect a frog.
I was so respect to the frog and taking it seriously to teach them.

I was shocked to see such a small frog?!!

I wanted to faint....That my student bought such small frogs...~~!

When I was cutting it, my hand was shaking so much~~!
Because it's too tiny, and I scared that I'll injured its internal organ.

Finally I manage to show my students how to cut, and they were so excited to do it themselves.

There is one student that has good potential in science.

He dissected the frog, and then after that he pin the frog onto a board.
And ask me to take this picture:

He said he got his metal plate...!

Then the whole team of them wanted to take a photo to remember this victory.

When the lab session over, they have to clean the lab.

I was so happy to see that they clean the lab until so clean.

And wondering where were the frog bodies.

First thing before knowing CHARM

Before I share my knowledge on CHARM, let's understand about ourselves first.

Look at our mystery yet powerful organ --> BRAIN

Inside this piece of taufu, there are plenty of neurons.


Neuron is the basic unit of our nerve.

Neuron does not join with each other, meaning, between one neuron and another neuron, there are gaps.

So how do neurons communicate with each other?

We know that everything in this world can emit frequency, quite apart from electricity.

Since our brain got millions of neurons, that's mean it can generate lots of electricity. It can generates up to 25 watt of power, which is enough to light up a light bulb!

So much electricity, definitely generate frequency.

This brain frequency or we call brain wave, if we know how to utilize and control it, it can do lots of work for us.

It is all up to your mind. What you want to do, just put in the thought, and if your mind is strong enough, you can even control others mind!

This is call mind power.

Many times CHARM works on WEAK MINDED people.

So, from now onward, make your mind strong. Make your mind positive. You will be able to generate strong brain wave, and control the situation.

Ayutthaya - the lost kingdom

I wanted to visit Kanchanaburi in June, but due to limited time factor, I keep the idea for next trip.

I was in Bangkok in June this year, attending a Thai wedding. During my stay in Bangkok, I had one day which was free with no activity.

Go to Kanchanaburi also not right, don't go to visit any place and stay in the hotel also not right. So in the end, I decided to go to Ayutthaya, at the same time can fulfill my sweetie's wish too.

I didn't know that Ayutthaya was the former capital city of Thailand!

Just like NanJing actually the former capital of China, not Beijing, I think not many people knew about this. But if you actually know, please share with us more about the history yeah! Cause I never been to Nanjing le...

Ok, to go to Ayutthaya from Bangkok, the price can be very cheap. If you engage taxi, it can cost you more than RM100.

I wanted to take a boat ride via Chao Phraya River to visit this old kingdom... But because of some reason, I have to drop the idea, and ask a driver to take us there. I miss that boat ride~!

After 1 hour plus of sitting in a car, trying to sleep but cannot ... Suddenly you see this thing in front:

WooHoo~~! Here I am! At Ayutthaya~!

Honestly, when you come to this place, you have to add a little of imagination... Imagine how glory the city was... How the people live a rich and famous life...

And now...it only left some ruins ...

You can find lots of information about Ayutthaya, how great and well developed it was, I think I don't have to repeat the story here... But what I want to say is, it is really sad to see the city became so quiet and it's like doesn't match it's past glamorous status!

I was being hurried, that's why didn't really spend much time in Ayutthaya :( So in a no-choice situation, I choose the biggest ruin to see.

Here's the Pagoda in one of the biggest monastery in Ayutthaya - Wat Yai Chai Mongkol. It was built by King U-Thong in 1357 A.D.!

It was such an old monastery~! Oh man... No wonder the Pagoda also start to lean, due to the bricks underneath corroded. See the straight line suppose to be? (the red line I draw one :) ) It lean so much that I think it is more lean than the Pisa tower in Italy!

Should I say "Ko-Kum-Ka"? Or "A-mi-tuo-fo"? Heh...

This Monastery was build for the use of the monks.

Main entrance of the main Pagoda...See the tiny white shirt guy on the left of the Buddha statue? So, can imagine how big is the buddha statue?

My sweetie and the long staircase. See the red line in the photo? The stairs end there. So high right?

And the stairs is so old, I'm sure it was being stepped by millions of people, until the steps sink in so much (arrow pointing).

Can you imagine how grand the temple was once?

The next place to visit is Wat Mahatthat, because it has a famous buddha head in between tree roots:

Just type "Wat Mahathat" in google, you will see lots of information about this place.

How the buddha head can end up in between the roots? I don't know. I only know that lots of looters dig this monastery for treasure, chop off the statue head to sell for antique...

If you are fond of buddha head and wanted to have one to put in your house for decoration, please please please, don't do it... Regardless of our religion, and whether anyone acknowledge that the statue is a buddha or not, we should have respect for every being. So, respect the buddha, don't keep the buddha without a body... please...!

Buddha was giving dharma talk? But the statues at the side had no head already~! So sad...

Some people will take photograph of this head-less statue by putting their head on top and snap the picture... Well, please please please don't do it also, as a respect mah.

I left the place with full of sorrow. In this world, nothing is permanent, even the most prosperous kingdom, that had last for 417 years, can became a ruin... ... So what is there to fight?

My professor in one of the Universities once told us that it is not impossible to read others mind.

Paper, Scissors and Stone

I understand how scissors can beat paper, and I get how a rock can beat scissors, but there's no way paper can beat rock!
Is paper supposed to magically wrap around rock and leave it immobile?
Why can't paper do this to scissors? Screw scissors!
Why can't paper do this to people? Why aren't sheets of college ruled notebook paper constantly suffocating students as they take notes in class?
I'll tell you why, because paper can't beat anybody.
A rock would tear that shit up in 2 seconds. When I play rock paper scissors, I always choose rock. Then when somebody claims to have beaten me with their paper, I can punch them in the face with my already clenched fist and say, "Oh shit, I'm sorry, I thought paper would protect you, you idiot!"

Responsibility

The other day I was having dinner with a friend. He is the person that will suddenly say out some wisdom words that will like "Deeng!" -- light up the light bulb in your head.

He was talking about responsibility. He said, reasponsibility is an in-born attitude that everyone should have. It is the basic moral within the mankind.

He: Don't try to be good. Good is a very subjective matter.

He: And "good" should be the basic moral that a person should have, not for you to try to do it.

He: Responsibility is the same thing.

Well, I totally agree to it!

Responsibility should be one of the element in the "Good" group.

If it is your responsibility to do something, you should finish it.

If you have promised others something, DO IT.

Do not neglect or wipe the job away just for your own priority.

If you are so selfish to just matter your own thing, achieve what you want, and don't sacrify for others, what charity you are trying to do?

You do not have to purposely look for "Good" thing to do.

Sacrify and be responsible

This is the basic charity that you should look into.

If it is bound to happen, no one can avoid it~~!?

When you read the above sentence, it may looks nothing to you. But if you have the chance to hear it from this patient, and see how he sigh for regret, you will have your whole body's hairs stand right straight up.

But after found out that he was having this CIS 3 months ago, yes, just 3 months ago ... ... He became so old, hands and legs swell, and couldn't walk properly (I wonder whether he has forgotten on how to control his legs properly)

He kept saying that if the sickness was going to fall on you, no way you could run away, or hide from it.

It sounds so sad and horrifying. That was why Sakyamurni decided to find out the TRUTH 2500 years ago, and wanted to break away from this life cycle.

Instead of sit down and going through the same life path: Born --> Old --> Sick --> Die, Reborn --> Old --> Sick --> Die, why not we control our life and be self-mastery?

I believe this can be done~! So many Rinpoches, Buddhas, or even ordinary men like the famous "Yuan Liao-Fan" proved to us that by doing cultivation and charity, one could really change their fate to a better!

I believe it can be done.

Coffin is for dead people, and not for old people.

Please don't think that you still have plenty of time to enjoy your life.

Death is just around the corner.

I should appreciate my life, do meaningful thing, do charity, and start my small prayer to clear karma.

数数看，世上有多少才子是真的能出人头地，为天下干上一番好事业的？

* 李白－被流放夜郎，晚年四处飘泊，生活困苦，62病死在安徽当涂。
* 孔子－政途不得志，最后只有设立私塾教书。

胖老人，瘦老人

最近教补习时，发现了一篇很棒的文章，在这里跟你们分享，希望你们从中能够找到一些生命的答案。

去年夏天我与妻子参加了一个民间旅行团，从牡丹江出发，到俄罗斯的海参崴游玩。海参崴的主要魅力在于海，我们下榻的旅馆面对海，每天除了在阳台上看海，还要一次次下到海岸的最外沿，静静地看。海参崴的海与别处不同，深灰色的迷蒙中透露出巨大的恐怖。我们眯缝着眼睛，把脖子缩进衣领，立即成了大自然凛冽威仪下的可怜小虫。其实岂止是我们，连海鸥也只在岸边盘旋，不敢远翔，四五条猎犬在沙滩上对着海浪狂叫，但才吠几声又缩脚逃回，逃回后又回头吠叫。呜呜的风声中永远夹带着这种凄惶的叫声，直到深更半夜。

在一个小小的湾角上，我们发现，端坐着一胖一瘦两个垂钓的老人。胖老人听见脚步声朝我们眨了眨眼算是打了招呼，他回身举起钓竿把他的成果朝我们扬了扬，原来他钓绳上挂了六个小小的钓钩，每个钓钩上都是一条小鱼。他把六条小鱼摘下来放进身边的水桶里，然后再次下钩，半分钟不到他又起竿，又是六条挂在上面。就这样，他忙忙碌碌地下钩起钩，我妻子走前去一看，水桶里已有半桶小鱼。

奇怪的是，只离他两米远的瘦老人却纹丝不动。为什么一条鱼也不上他的钩呢？正纳闷，水波轻轻一动，他缓缓起竿，没有鱼，但一看钓钩却硕大无比，原来他只想钓大鱼。在他眼中，胖老人忙忙碌碌地钓起那一大堆鱼，根本是在糟践钓鱼者的取舍标准和堂皇形象。伟大的钓鱼者是安坐着与大海进行谈判的人类代表，而不是等待对方琐碎的施舍。

胖老人每次起竿都要用眼角瞟一下瘦老人，好像在说：“你就这么熬下去吧，伟大的谈判者！”而瘦老人只以泥塑木雕般的安静来回答。两个都在嘲讽对方，两个谁也不服谁。

过了不久，胖老人起身，提起满满的鱼桶走了，快乐地朝我们扮了一个鬼脸，却连笑声也没有发出，脚步如胜利者凯旋。瘦老人仍然坐着，夕阳照着他倔强的身躯，他用背影来鄙视同伴的浅薄。暮色苍茫了，我们必须回去，走了一段路回身，看到瘦小的身影还在与大海对峙。此时的海，已经更加狰狞昏暗。狗吠声越来越响，夜晚开始了。

妻子说：“我已经明白，为什么一个这么胖，一个这么瘦了。一个更加物质，一个更加精神。人世间的精神总是固执而瘦削的，对吗？”我说：“说得好。但也可以说，一个是喜剧美，一个是悲剧美。他们天天在互相批判，但加在一起才是完美的人类。”

确实，他们谁也离不开谁。没有瘦老人，胖老人的丰收何以证明？没有胖老人，瘦老人的固守有何意义？大海中多得是鱼，谁的丰收都不足挂齿；大海有漫长的历史，谁的固守都是一瞬间。因此，他们的价值都是由对手来证明，可以设想，哪一天，胖老人见不到瘦老人，或瘦老人见不到胖老人，将会是何等惶恐。在这个意义上，最大的对手也就是最大的朋友，很难分开。

It has incredible power to awaken our super-consciousness!

Try it:
Before you start your day, kneel and repent. Admit all your fault, and sincerely ask for forgiveness from the Universe. The keyword here is "sincerely".

You must be sincere. When you are sincere, you will really move your subconscious and get the strength from it.

Try it, and you will realize your day is brighter, and you have better wisdom!

Yoga, Yoga, Yoga...

Yoga is something spiritual.

Nowadays people practise yoga for fitness and as a form of exercise.

But if we don't cultivate our heart, we don't get the full benefit from yoga.

As we can see from yoga class, actually quite a number of people like to show off their flexibility or strength, and when you look at them and try to smile to them, they didn't even bother to look at you.

Maybe they don't mean to show off, but is it that difficult to return a smile?

And see their attitude in the class and outside the class, you may wonder why they want to do yoga.

They can go for gymnastic if they want to stretch their body, instead of come for yoga... ...

Yoga and your heart, should be together...
